My toddler is super picky and mostly likes rice and beans, so we figured we’d have luck finding some here... considering the name of the place. I loved our dishes. The Cuban platter came with an amazing Cuban Tamale, along with plantains (maduros) and other stuffed things: yuca, potatoes, etc. Do yourself a favor and get a side of rice and beans too (come on! It’s the name of the restaurant) I like the flavors a lot. My husband got the churrasco platter, and the meat was tender. I will also add that the place was clean, service was good, music was lively, and prices were more than fair. Will definitely come back.

Took my wife to dinner here for our anniversary, to try our first Cuban restaurant. One thing I especially enjoyed at this place, is they have a great selection of sodas from the region. I tried the mofongo with pork, along with an apple soda. My wife tried the mofongo with shrimp. The mofongo was great. A thick patty of green plantains with pork rinds in it, topped with onions and cilantro. It was delicious. Mixed with the pieces of pork, which were juicy and succulent, with a deliciously crispy outer edge. Cutting into it, you hear a crunch, and then the it slices through juicy pork. The shrimp is cooked in a garlic sauce, and they poured the sauce on top of the mofongo. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and juicy. For dessert we tried their Tres Leches cake which was soft and delicious. Everything was wonderful.

Great food in an a random strip center. You might miss if you didn't know it was there. First return since Covid, glad it's still there! Food and service were great. I ordered Cuban picadillo with rice, beans and plantains!! Thinking about it is making me hungry now!! Will return!
